Guaranteed replacement, warranty start and end date:
 
Your warranty period begins on the date the valid proof of purchase is opened. The date of failure of the product shall be subject to the date of delivery to the repair center of Yaojin Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. Warranty content: Warranty is limited to the main unit and power supply. Packaging and various types of connections, software products, technical materials and other accessories are not covered by the warranty. The warranty period for the external power supply is 3 months. If the repaired power supply has obvious hard object damage, cracks, broken feet, severe deformation, the power cord is broken, broken, bare core, etc., it will not be replaced, the user can purchase separately.
 
 
 
Warranty, warranty policy
 
One: "Seven days return"
Within seven days from the date of sale, if you are using the product normally, you may choose to return, exchange or repair if there is a quality problem with the product. When you request a return, Yaojin Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. network product seller will be responsible for returning you, and refund the purchase price at the current sales price. Two: "One-year replacement" Within one year after the sale, if you use the product normally, if the product has quality problems, you can choose to exchange or repair. When you request a replacement, the seller will be responsible for changing the product of the same model and the same specification. When the product of the same model and the same specification stops production, the product that is not lower than the performance of the original product should be exchanged. Three: "Three-year warranty" After more than one year of replacement, you have any problems with the product, Yaojin Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. provides three years warranty service.

If you purchase this product in any of the following circumstances, Yaojin Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. reserves the right to provide free services in accordance with the provisions of the "Three Guarantees Service Policy":
 
First, the "three guarantees" are valid.
Second, the quality assurance stickers were torn, torn, and privately altered products that were ambiguous.
3. Failure to use, maintain or keep in accordance with the requirements of the product use instructions.
4. Products that have been disassembled, repaired or attempted to be repaired without the authorization of the company.
5. There is no valid three-package certificate or the three-package certificate is altered without authorization.
The product model on the six or three-package certificate does not match the actual product.
7. Failure or damage caused by the use of the working environment specified by the product (such as excessive temperature, too low temperature, too humid or dry, excessive altitude, unstable voltage or current, excessive zero ground voltage, etc.)
8. Natural factors due to accidents, misuse or irresistible. The product that caused the damage. The performance is as follows: the surface of the product is scratched, the electronic components are lost, damaged, the P C B plate is deformed, and there are collision scars.
9. Products damaged by improper transportation, use and storage by users. (eg: moisture corrosion, mechanical damage, etc.).
X. All products of Yaojin Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. are for repair service, do not provide on-site service, and do not bear the transportation and other expenses incurred during the repair process.
XI. Failure or damage caused by misuse or incorrect installation and debugging by users or third parties (such as upgrading third-party firmware, upgrading unmatched firmware, etc.)
12. Please ensure the integrity of the product when returning, otherwise the corresponding loss will be deducted according to the loss of the attachment. If the situation is serious, no return will be given.
 
 
 
Maintenance method
 
One: When the product you purchased fails, you can apply for the warranty service on behalf of the purchaser with the valid certificate such as purchase invoice and warranty card. Since the product implements nationwide warranty, you can contact the office or company customer service department of our company directly when you are unable to contact the dealer, or contact us directly through the website.
Second: dealers who distribute JCG products apply for warranty service on behalf of customers to Yaojin Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. office or headquarters. For the case where the new product can be directly replaced in the replacement policy, the dealer can directly replace the new product with the customer. In other cases, the dealer should replace the replacement parts after Yaojin Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. replaces the spare parts.
Third: the customer or dealer will send the repaired products to Yaojin Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. The freight will be borne by the customer or the dealer. Yaojin Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. will issue the warranty-backed products to the customer or distributor. The freight is borne by Yaojin Company.

This service policy and special reminder are formulated in accordance with the relevant responsibilities of the national quality supervision and inspection, and provide services to you when you need it. The above service policies and special reminder services are only valid for products sold within the territory of the People's Republic of China. Second: Our company does not assume any responsibility for other non-JCG technical guarantees made by the dealers. Please ask the dealer for written proof at the time of purchase so that the dealer can fulfill your additional promises. III: Any reason or indirect loss caused by the user's failure to use it properly, Yaojin Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. only bears the responsibility that must be assumed by the applicable national laws.
